Adult Programs

Bible Study: Every Wednesday night we hold a Bible Study from 6:30-7:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army Church, 821 S. Aycock St. Please join us. Childcare is provided.

Corps Cadets: This is a Bible study class for 14 years olds and grades 7-12. The program helps these children live life with a Christian perspective. Weekly meetings on Wednesday at 6:30 pm.

Home League: This is our women’s ministry which is made up of females ages 16 and up. They also meet every Wednesday following mid-week Bible study. The women follow a four-fold program of Worship, Education, Service, and Fellowship. You do not have to be a church member to belong.

Junior Soldiers: A Bible study course for children ages 7-13 or 6th grade. This course helps our youth learn to be capable leaders in the future. We hold this during our Sunday Worship Service.

League of Mercy: Every third Thursday of the month the League of Mercy visits our local nursing homes and church shut-ins, delivering the Salvation Army magazine, The War Cry. The League of Mercy also delivers gifts at Christmas and Easter and other times during the year.

Men’s Fellowship Club: Males age 16 and up make up our ministry of men involving themselves in a variety of projects. They meet every Wednesday night following mid-week Bible study. You do not have to be a church member to join us.

Worship Services: Sunday 11:00 am The Salvation Army Worship Center is located at 821 S. Aycock Street, Greensboro, NC. Our Sunday School (9:45 am) lessons are Bible based and Bible taught and are very interactive. We have classes for all ages from nursery to our seasoned friends. Our worship service is a blend of Traditional & Contemporary worship. We hope you will join us.

Youth Programs: Come join us on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. for youth activities. We start out with a light dinner and then a program. Come join us. We look forward to seeing you there.
